Billing & Insurance Information

 

Patients are responsible for the total charges for the care and treatment received at LuccaHealth. Our staff will advise each patient as to his or her out-of-pocket obligation(s) prior to their date of service.

 

All major credits cards (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard) and cash are accepted.

 

Procedures performed at LuccaHealth are often covered by insurance or managed care plans. Prior to a patient’s date of service, a LuccaHealth staff member will verify a patient’s insurance plan coverage(s) (if any) and obtain any applicable deductible, co-payment and/or and co-insurance amount. Our staff typically will prepare and submit claims to plans that provide coverage on behalf of patients.
